Anne Burnham Cannon is the youngest of eight children. Her mother instilled in all of them a legacy of faith by her unwavering dedication to God. Born and raised in New Orleans, Anne resides in the area with her husband, four children, and dachshund. She continues to journal and transform her conversations with God into poems. She hopes the words God has given her blesses all who reads them. She challenges you to allow His words to come alive and inspire you along your journey with God. "God is always there for you, so take time to talk and pray with Him,” states the author. “My book is an example of how important it is to have a relationship with God. God can be your everything, and can help you throughout your life.”

Anne has been writing inspirational poetry since 2000. Her work has been given as gifts, used in public speeches, made into wall art, and printed on gift cards. After years of encouragement from friends and family, the author finally decided to create a collection of her poetry in a book called Reflections.
